We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, lodges, tour operators).

Booking Terms

Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received
  • We will send confirmation details via email
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

Age Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older to make a booking
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
  • Special conditions may apply for certain activities

Group Bookings

  • Special terms may apply for groups of 10 or more
  • Group leader is responsible for all participants
  • Changes to group size may affect pricing

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

  • M-Pesa (via PesaPal)
  • Credit/Debit cards - Visa, MasterCard (via PesaPal)
  • Bank transfers (advance arrangements)

Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking
  • Full payment due 30 days before travel date
  • Last-minute bookings require full payment upfront
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 60 days: 10% of total cost
  • 31-60 days: 25% of total cost
  • 15-30 days: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost

Travel Requirements

Documentation

  • Valid passport (6+ months remaining validity)
  • Appropriate visas where required
  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate if applicable
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Health & Safety

  • Consult your doctor regarding vaccinations
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
  • Follow safety instructions from guides at all times
  • Travel at your own risk

Limitation of Liability

Afrisafaris acts as an intermediary and is not liable for services provided by third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked through us.

  • We are not responsible for acts of nature, weather, or political events
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended
  • Participation in activities is at your own risk
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
